We are a group of likeminded people who like to spend their free time going for a ride, a run or a swim. Or some times all of it together. We do it for fun and for passion. We like to take our non serious stuff tremendously seriously.
Hi, I am Andrea, coaching the crew. If you want to know more please find me at https://www.trainingpeaks.com/coach/andrea-piscopo#about and send an enquiry. I believe in hard work, precise planning and that numbers don't lie.
I believe that training for endurance is a fine balance between numbers and feelings and that realistic and measurable goals are at the foundation of any successful training plan. The journey to endurance is made of hard work and can last years. I am here to try and support athletes (especially age groupers) in this journey, by providing continuous feedback and tailored training sessions to meet demands of the sport.
As I mainly coach remotely, I use Training Peaks, Strava and Zwift as my main tools to check athletes' progress and to prescribe sessions.
I prefer to focus on working athletes, age-groupers of all levels
Literally, everywhere! I speak english and Italian. I am currently based in London but I am originally from Pescara, in Italy. Happy to meet in person if we are co-located, but that is not a prerequisite to begin our journey together.
It comes from Italian, from a phrase I made up while swimming during a 70.3.
Tenere Rotta, - keep the right direction (while swimming)
Tenere Duro, - keep strong (while cycling)
Tenere Botta! - keep ... strong till the end (while running)
Felt funny, might change later.
